    ROLE OVERVIEW:
    The Individual Giving & Strategic Philanthropy Coordinator combines project management, strategic support, and donor engagement to accelerate growth for this highly valuable audience unit, ensuring it delivers exceptional fundraising results for the organization's mission. This role ensures the unit runs smoothly by assisting with planning, budgeting, and project management. The Coordinator engages unmanaged donors, crafts personalized communications, and supports donor events to drive loyalty.
    
    DEPARTMENT ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    - Prospecting: Pursue strategic opportunities.
    - Donor Cultivation, Engagement and Management: Build trust and loyalty with potential and existing donors.
    - Fundraising: Secure reliable, sustainable and efficient resources.
    - Project Management: Deliver small-scale or medium-scale projects.
    - Budget: Deliver a budget for an area of the organization.
    - CRM Data: Oversee donor relationship management system implementation.
    
    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
    - Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in a business environment.
    - Proficiency in budgeting and associated tasks.
    - Project management experience.
    - Experience engaging donors on telephone, at events, or other activities.
    - Ability to travel for donor visits, MSF events, and industry events, with up to 25% of time spent traveling.'
