We are currently seeking a Director of Career Services to join our team at our Fresno campus. In this position, you will be responsible for administering the campus' job placement program by ensuring a successful student placement experience for the campus students.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads the Career Services team to achieve placement results in each program
- Develops and implements the campus strategy for Career Services
- Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to Career Services team
- Manages Career Services Department budget and staff allocation
- Develops and manages Advisory Board Meetings
- Maintains positive relationships with employers in the community

- Promotes and maintains alumni relations

Qualifications:
- Some college preferred
- Minimum 3 years of combined career services and management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective problem resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Successful track record of placement activities in educational or staffing environment

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year
