Grants Manager

Columbia University seeks a Grants Manager for the Robert N. Butler Columbia Aging Center at the Mailman School of Public Health. Reporting to the Center Administrator, this role manages pre- and post-award activities including proposal submissions, sponsored projects administration, and financial monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating grant proposal development and submissions (45%), managing award setup and tracking, financial monitoring and reporting, subcontract oversight, and compliance monitoring (45%), and supporting effort reporting and budgeting processes. The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of sponsors, grant administration experience, and familiarity with Columbia systems preferred. Columbia supports flexible and hybrid work arrangements.
