National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing

Overview

The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing at our National Center, based in Dallas, TX. Home-based work is available.

The Director is accountable for leading the organization's strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, as well as electronic health record (EHR) partnerships. This role focuses on senior-level leadership in partnership development, licensing strategy, and enterprise deal execution to drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities

• Define alliance and licensing strategy for AI-enabled clinical content and EHR integrations.
• Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements with enterprise healthcare partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support integration, compliance, and adoption.
• Oversee the customer success team to ensure ongoing partner satisfaction and sales growth.
• Drive scalable commercialization of public health clinical solutions across the healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT-adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization.
• Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare technology or digital health.
• Demonstrated track record of negotiating and closing complex commercial agreements.
• Experience working with EHR platforms and AI-enabled health solutions preferred.

Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
