Sales Engineer, Data Centers

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Sales Engineer for its Data Centers division. This role is responsible for driving profitable revenue growth within designated areas, focusing on industrial services for Data Centers and Industrial water sectors. The position involves working with management to formulate market strategies and build long-term customer relationships. This is a remote position with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Develop market strategies and business objectives
- Negotiate and close revenue opportunities
- Analyze customer requirements to provide aligned products at optimal pricing
- Manage account ownership and designated revenue responsibility
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to grow revenue
- Manage sales expenses and maintain documentation of sales calls/visits

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, including sales experience
- Experience selling to Data Centers and/or General Contractors preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% and work remotely
- Strong negotiation, relationship building, communication, and accountability skills
