<p><strong>Senior Program Officer, Content Enablement</strong></p><p><strong>Wikimedia Foundation</strong></p><p>The Wikimedia Foundation is looking for a Senior Program Officer to join the Content Enablement team. This role supports the strategy, coordination, and delivery of programs that enable free knowledge creation and distribution across Wikimedia projects.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and manage programmatic strategies to support content creation and enablement</li><li>Coordinate with community members, partners, and internal teams</li><li>Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness</li><li>Support grantmaking and resource allocation processes</li><li>Contribute to organizational learning and knowledge sharing</li></ul><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in program management, preferably in the nonprofit or technology sector</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities</li><li>Experience working with diverse, global communities</li><li>Commitment to free knowledge and open source values</li></ul><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> $94,094 - $142,196 USD</p><p>This is a remote position.</p>
