Associate Director, Collaborative Fundraising

Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is seeking an experienced development professional for the role of Associate Director - Collaborative Fundraising (Major Gifts & Donor Growth).

This position may be remote or hybrid in the US and requires 5% travel.

Responsibilities:

Affiliate Partnership & Strategy (30%)
• Serve as a strategic resource to affiliate development teams with major donor strategy expertise
• Partner with affiliates to implement donor upgrade strategies
• Promote donor-centric fundraising and a culture of philanthropy

Program Implementation (25%)
• Lead day-to-day execution of direct marketing donor upgrades
• Support revenue growth outcomes tied to donor upgrade conversions
• Share best practices and success stories across affiliates

Data Management and Reporting (20%)
• Monitor donor upgrade performance and revenue outcomes
• Track affiliate donor interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
• Assess pipeline health, KPIs, and donor movement

Collaboration & Engagement (15%)
• Participate in department meetings, initiatives, and events
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of major gift strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of development experience with direct responsibility in individual giving
• Demonstrated success in major gift donor upgrade strategies
• Strong project/account management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, BBCRM, or equivalent)
• MS Office Suite proficiency

Salary Range: $81,600-96,000 per year
