Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

The Trevor Project seeks a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to transform data into actionable insights across the organization. As the technical owner of the production data visualization platform, this role will architect, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and the Semantic Layer to ensure metric consistency. Responsibilities include designing and implementing the organization's Semantic Layer, developing high-impact production dashboards for internal operations and external reporting, managing security and governance in BI platforms (Looker, BigQuery), optimizing dashboard performance, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of BI Developer or Analytics Engineer experience, proficiency in SQL and data modeling, deep expertise with enterprise BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Power BI), and ETL/ELT experience.
