The Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of San Antonio (BGCSA) is the lead champion for youth across one of the fastest-growing, most diverse, and economically dynamic regions in the United States.

The CEO shapes strategy, growth, financial resilience, and community partnerships to ensure all San Antonio youth—especially those in historically underserved communities—have access to world-class programs, safety, and pathways to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute forward-looking strategy aligned with San Antonio's rapid growth; lead expansion across high-need areas
• Mission Impact: Champion high-impact programs delivering measurable results in academic success, workforce readiness, digital access, and mental wellness
• Revenue Growth: Lead revenue strategy through foundations, corporations, individual donors, and public-private investment
• Board Partnership: Partner with influential Board representing business, civic, philanthropic, and military leaders
• Financial Stewardship: Ensure sustainable growth through diversified funding and optimized real estate/facilities
• Culture & Talent: Build mission-driven, culturally attuned team; recruit and empower leaders across multi-site organization
• Community Leadership: Serve as visible ambassador across public, private, philanthropic, and neighborhood sectors

Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership in a multi-site or complex organization
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams
• Strong relationship builder with Board, community, and cross-sector partners
• Demonstrated financial and business acumen
• Compelling communicator with executive presence
• Familiarity with youth development preferred
