Job Summary:
NAF is seeking a Director of Product Growth & Partnerships to help lead the next phase of scale for KnoPro.org and NAF's digital product portfolio. The role focuses on scaling KnoPro from 50,000 to 500,000+ students over five years by developing growth systems, partnerships, and distribution strategies. It is a "builder role" within a small, start-up-like product team that requires defining and executing strategy, user acquisition, and long-term sustainability efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies, including user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Build and nurture partnerships to unlock scale through student networks.
- Shape long-term sustainability and distribution strategies for NAF's digital ecosystem.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, and Program teams.
- Define, monitor, and adjust growth tactics independently.
Qualifications:
- Education: Coursework, certifications, or degree in marketing, business, communications, product management, entrepreneurship, education, or related fields.
- Experience: 4-7+ years in growth/product marketing, partnerships, or business development. Demonstrated success scaling a digital product/platform is required.
- Skills: Strong understanding of product-led growth, performance measurement, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
- Preferred: Familiarity with K-12 education, workforce development, or nonprofit ecosystems; experience with sustainability or monetization strategies.
Salary: $122,500.00
Location: Fully remote, with 15-20% travel required for conferences, school visits, and partner meetings.
