Executive Director of Foundation

Position Summary: Lamar Community College (LCC) seeks an Executive Director of Foundation to lead and implement LCC's strategic fundraising plan. The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and operation of the Foundation enterprise, setting the example for dynamic fundraising, managing Foundation assets, and effectively partnering with the college. Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Annually Location: Lamar, CO (in-person required) Closing Date: March 22, 2026 Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Foundation - Lead fundraising efforts including major gifts, corporate, foundation and individual giving - Cultivate, solicit, and close gifts at the highest levels - Develop and manage the foundation's annual budget - Serve as staff liaison to the LCC Foundation Board - Develop and grow an alumni donation campaign strategy Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree required - 1-3 years experience in fundraising with track record of cultivating and stewarding donors - Experience in management roles in public or private sector - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills - Experience with non-profit organizations as staff or fundraising board member Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, generous annual leave and sick leave Apply: https://www.schooljobs.com/careers/cccs/lcc/jobs/3991171/executive-director-of-foundation
