Toptal is hiring a CEO, AI Services to lead Toptal's AI Services business. This is a remote position based in the United States.
About the Role: As the CEO of AI Services, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution to build and lead the full-scale execution of Toptal's AI Services business, including all AI-related areas.
Responsibilities:
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Toptal's AI Services business
- Drive scalable growth and own P&L results
- Define and execute go-to-market and product strategy
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
- 10+ years progressive leadership experience in AI/technology
- Proven P&L track record at scale
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
